This year we really wanted to teach Emma what Easter was and why we celebrate it. So for FHE and throughout the week we talked about and by the time Easter came she could tell us why we celebrate it. I was really proud of her because she really soaked up everything we said. During the week before we made sugar water Easter baskets (like we did growing up!) and dyed eggs with my mom and Koree. Which they both got a kick out of! 
With Easter Sunday being Conference Sunday it was different for us but we really enjoyed it. After waking up and getting our Easter baskets we gathered to watch the lamb of god before eating breakfast, and then on to conference. We loved spend the time together.
Afterwards we went to my parents house for an Easter egg hunt, easter gifts from Grammy and dinner.
