getting caught up!

I went to post about our quick trip to Utah yesterday and noticed that it has been a while since we have posted anything... so I will first do that before posting about this weekend.

June always bring a lot of celebrating for us! On the 19th is my birthday and as always it was great this year. I worked the day and that night Cheri (my mother-in-law) came up from time she was spending to Utah to join us and some family and friends for a birthday dinner. It was great to spend time with people you love. Then later that night and all day Saturday I scrap booked with my friends. These get together are always a ton of fun and great to get a lot of work done!
Next come Father's day. Aaron is such a wonderful father that we really tried to go out of our way to make sure that he knew it! After going to Church we had dinner at my parents house in honor of the guys. Steaks and Baked potatoes was their requests. It was a great day even though Emma kept wishing Aaron a "happy mother's day" I sure love this picture of them arnt the so cute!
I am feeling better everyday now that we are progressing with the pregnancy. The morning sickness is all but gone and that dreaded motion sickness is gone. And here is the 3 month picture I will post 4 month soon as I am now entering month 5!
I am feeling more energy everyday which has been great to actually get some things done around the house. I have spend that past week put together our blog book from last year. WOW that was a ton of work but I am so grateful for another piece of history that we will be able to pass on to our children. For those of you who have not done it I really recommend it, here is the site that I used and it was quite easy! I cant wait to get it in the mail.
Emma has been so funny lately. Her speech is just growing leaps and bounds and it cracks me up what she will tell me. If you will ask her something like do you want some juice? she will tell you um... sure that would be ok! What a hoot she really listens to what we all say and meshes them all together into her own language. Her other funny quirk is when ever she wants something these days she will start whining "but I am starving" I think she figured out when she says that we feed her so why not say it when she wants something else since it works when she is hungry. It is so funny we always laugh and then it makes her more upset.
Aaron has been busying around the house getting many needed projects done! He is all signed up for school in the fall. I am so proud of him and his determination to get his masters done. The next 2 years will sure be filled with a lot of hard work, but I know that we as a family can do it! He starts his new job in a couple of weeks, I will sure miss having him home, but I know that he is going crazy!

Lots of things have been going on this summer for you. It is nice to hear that you are not so sick anymore, that always makes life a bit easier.
Good luck with the master program. Hopefully it will go as fast for you as it did for us.
