Making valentines

As we started getting ready for Valentines day, I took Emma to the store to pick out what she wanted to do for valentines day. She looked at all the cards and then told me she wanted to make her own. I thought it was a great idea, she is so crafty and loves to color and make things. So she picked out stickers and colors for her valentines. She asked me to make them hearts and then she went to town coloring and decorating them. The thing I loved about them is that they were all different. She asked me who each of them where for and then and decorated. After they were all done we made chocolate suckers to give with them. I have always wanted to teach Emma that this holiday is about showing everyone in our lives that we love them and to do something special for them. She sure loved making them and didn't tire out after doing over 20 of them!
