Enjoying our fall days

We have been blessed this past week with wonderful fall weather and Emma and I have really tried to take advantage of it. Here is some of the things that we have done this week.


My and my two good friends took our kids to the park since the weather was nice and warm! The kids had such a great time running around and we had an even better time enjoying each others company.

My good friend and I who also happen to be visiting teaching partners decided that we would make Halloween sugar cookies for our sisters. We thought it would be a wonderful thing for the kids to do with us. Well it turned out to be a LONG project that we had to do over two days to get everything finished. Both of our houses ended up a being a huge mess, but the cookies were amazing and we all had fun!


The school by our house painted their school spirit rock as a pumpkin for Halloween. Each time i went by it I wanted a picture of it. So one of the many walks that we took this week we stopped an took pictures by it. What a fun thing to find.

I love fall it is one of my favorite times of the year! Now we have winter to look forward to!
