It's so hard to say goodbye....

So today our ward got a new bishop! Since we have been married this is the first time that we have gotten a new bishop. We have not been in a ward long enough to have him released. It was a real bitter sweet day. We just love our ward and have such a wonderful experiences the past couple of years we have been there. As Aaron and I talked about who we thought would replace him (the stake president gave an idea it was going to happen today, last week at ward conference!) we also thought about the exchanges we have had with the bishopric. What great experiences with these men we have had and we can honestly say that we love and supported them. As the bishop got up today to conduct his last sacrament he got teary eyed, and I sat in the mothers lounge with Stella I did to. But we are so happy for this new phase in our ward. The men that were called are just as wonderful and we look forward to getting to know them better and supporting them in their new callings.

And as a side n0te. Aaron and I got all of us up and ready and to church early for our new time of 9:00. And with a new baby that didn't sleep the night before that was a huge accomplishment for us!
