Stuck at home

Well New Years Eve was a lot quieter for us than it usually is because little miss Emma got streap throat the day before. We did not want anyone to get her yuckiness so we opted to spend the evening at our house. Because of the change in plans when went to Fred Meyer to get snacks and stuff for dinner they were all out of sparkling cider! It just felt like things kept getting worse and worse. But we made the best out of it. We rented movies and spent the night watching them and playing games. Emma did not last long and fell asleep around 10:00. It was so sad to see her that sick. So Aaron, Stella and I rang in 2010 with pop and watched the neighbors fireworks from the window. Since Emma missed the excitement we redid if for her the next day so that she could pop her poppers and use a big person glass!

2009 brought us many wonderful things and we hope 2010 is just as great for us!
