Now into August!

After the family Reunion was over we thought that life was going to settle down for us, well we were wrong! Aaron's new job start time has changed a couple of times this summer but everything was set for him to start on the 11th of August so we decided to head up to Montana the first week of August to see Aaron's parents and get some sort of vacation in this summer. While we were there we had a wonderful time. We got to sleep in and relax which is what we really needed! His parents also took us to some amazing places around Missoula.

The first stop was Seely lake. This area was about a hour away from their house but it was so beautiful. We took a lunch with us and after wards went swimming. Aaron and Emma were the only ones that really were brave and went all the way out. The water was amazingly warm and they had a wonderful time swimming.


The next day they took us to their carousel that they have down town. It was so beautiful,Every thing was hand carved. Emma and I were the only ones that rode it, because everyone else got sick on it. Emma was in love with it and we had a hard time getting her to get off. After five times I was really tired of it and had to pull her off. After that we went swimming again at one of their pool. We promised Emma that she could so alot of swimming so we made sure that we held up on our bargain!

We also got to do some great shopping there and got a lot of things that we needed for the baby and for Emma for next summer. I always love getting a great deal! And while we were shopping I left my cell phone in one of the stores... typical wherever I go! We are so grateful for the Chance to get away before the craziness of Aaron starting a new job and going back to school!

We also got to spend some great time with my sister Kristen the past couple of weeks while they were up here visiting. Emma sure loves the time she can play with Sasha and we also love having her hear because we don't get to see her very often!


One of the main things that has been consuming our time is the remodeling of one of our bathrooms. When we bought our house the down stairs bathroom was from the 70's and we have wanted to re do it forever. Well we finally started it. With help from some great friends, we have ripped everything out and have painted and are in the middle of the title process. Hopefully this week we will have that done and we can put in the new vanity and stuff! I forgot to take before pictures.... but I will post it when it is all done!

This past weekend we went to our fair here in poky! Emma had such a wonderful time with the animals. Fair season is always a fun time of year. We love the food that they have and it is always a nice way to say good bye to summer before school and everything else starts!


Well that should be a really fast recap of what has been going on... here hoping that now I can stay better caught up! Once the bathroom is done the toliet will no longer be blocking the computer desk!
